Our Financial Policy

Our office will be happy to bill your insurance carrier for as long as you provide us with the correct insurance information. All co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service. As you are aware, some services may not be considered for payment per your particular insurance. Since your insurance coverage is a contractual agreement between you and your insurance company, we expect that you will be aware and responsible for any regulations or exceptions within your particular plan.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard.

Our HIPAA Policy

We maintain safeguards to comply with federal regulations to guard your personal information. We collect and retain information necessary for us to provide you with medical treatment. As a professional courtesy we provide information to other medical providers to complete your care and to your insurance company only to complete the billing and payment process. We are committed to the security and confidentiality of your medical record. Our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices is posted in the waiting room and the receptionist will provide you with a copy to keep for your personal records if you request one.
